Travis Kelce’s old social media posts are causing quite the conversation online, namely among chain restaurants.
Swifties, Taylor Swift’s fan base have gone to the trouble of digging up the Kansas City Chiefs tight end posts on X, formerly known as Twitter in an attempt to get to know the new beau.
One of those posts, written by Kelce in 2011 got the attention of Chipotle, a popular food chain restaurant that serves burritos, bowls and salads.
“Went from class to therapy, now I need some #chipolte and then I'm off to check out my new apt!!,” Kelce wrote on April 27, 2011.
Despite misspelling the name of the brand, Chipotle replied to the post on Wednesday Nov. 15 with “its me, hi,” a reference to Swift’s song “Anti-Hero.”
The exchange didn’t end there, the restaurant chain has temporarily adopted Kelce’s spelling.
Here’s what we know.
How did Chipotle respond?
In an attempt to capitalize off all the attention Kelce’s old post garnered, Chipotle has changed its username to “Chipolte” on a number of social media platforms.
The company also decided to take it one step further by modifying the sign outside of a Kansas City Chipotle location in reference to Kelce’s post.
The restaurant, located at 4151 Sterling Ave., Suite B is not far from GEHA Field At Arrowhead Stadium, the home of the Kansas City Chiefs.
The sign was changed Monday evening, ahead of the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles game, company spokesperson Annie Gradinger shared with The Kansas City Star.

Will the sign be up for long?
It's unclear how long the sign inspired by Kelce’s post will be up, but Gradinger did say it would be up “for a limited time.”
The post has been viewed more than 280,000 times since it was posted Monday, with hundreds of users chiming in on the marketing move.
Dozens of Kelce’s posts have surfaced online over the last few weeks, including posts Kelce wrote about Olive Garden and IHOP among other topics.
