NFL Week 3 picks: Will Eagles extend unbeaten run in showdown of 2-0 teams?

Week 3 of the 2023 NFL season dawns with nine undefeated teams and nine winless ones. Yet a bit of an uninspiring lineup of games offers just one match of 2-0 squads, the reigning NFC champion Philadelphia Eagles visiting the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday night, and one pairing of 0-2 clubs as the Los Angeles Chargers visit the Minnesota Vikings in a contest that's very close to a de facto playoff elimination affair.
Unfortunately, injuries to several star players will also surely cast a pall over the weekend. RBs Nick Chubb (knee, injured reserve) and Saquon Barkley (ankle) are sidelined, while QBs Joe Burrow (calf) and Anthony Richardson (concussion) are among those whose status are in doubt.
But our panel of NFL experts will do their best to make sense of it all with a fresh round of prognostications.
